• Rates quoted are per room per night based on two guests sharing a room (with the exception of cottages where it is based on four guests per cottage).
• Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
• Notice of cancellation or amendment to a reservation must be provided in writing. 24 hours prior to check-in, cancellation fee is 100% of first night stay.
• No shows and cancellations after check in time (14:00 on day of arrival) will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total stay charge.
• All room rates include a cooked breakfast for two guests. All cottage rates include a cooked breakfast for four guests.
• Additional breakfasts must be purchased for additional guests occupying rooms or cottages (including children).
• Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. For guaranteed availability of your room prior to 14:00, pre-registration of room for previous night is required.
• Rooms are to be vacated at 11.00 on the day of departure.
• All bookings are subject to availability and allocation of rooms. When this allocation is reached, the hotel cannot accept any more bookings at this rate, even though the hotel may not be fully booked.
• Unfortunately pets are not allowed on the site at any time (apart from guide dogs) as they may cause disturbance to our native and endangered wildlife population.
• All rooms are no smoking. Smoking is discouraged however, there are designated areas on the site where smoking is permitted.
