How to book

Contact the Australian Travel Specialist on 9211 3192. We take bookings from 9:00am until 8:00pm.

Please note we are not a travel agent and book tours, day cruises and tickets only.

Deposits & Final Payments

Full payment is required for all day tours. Final payment is required 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made inside 6 weeks of departure require full payment within 48 hours of booking. Bookings made within 7 days of departure require immediate payment.

Cancelation and Amendments

Australian Travel Specialists are not principals and acts solely as an agent between the principal and the client. All cancellations will incur a minimum 10% cancellation fee and are subject to principal conditions. All prices are subject to change without notice. Some tours will be subject to cancellation fees once booked. Please ask for details. Australian Travel Specialist does not accept responsibility for any amendments to tour itineraries by operators. Some cruise/tours and services featured in this brochure are subject to minimum numbers and may be cancelled by the operator if there are any insufficient numbers booked. While every attempt has been made to provide accurate information, details of particular tours described in this brochure may have changed since this brochure was published.

Injuries, Damages, Smoking & Alcohol

Australian Travel Specialists finalise all arrangements on these tours upon the express condition that it shall not be liable for any injuries, damage, loss, accident delays that may be occurred by defect in any vehicle, vessel or aircraft. Acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying or accommodation of passengers, or in the carrying out of arrangements of tours. Australian Travel Specialists are not liable for and denies all responsibility for personal injury caused by circumstances beyond its control. Smoking and Alcohol consumption on tourist coaches is against the law.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out insurance to cover you against cancellation fees, loss of baggage, damage or loss of equipment and any additional travel expenses, personal liability.
